"Contract Allocation" CALL
9.
General :
i.
The Contract and the Works emanating from the award of this "Call-Off" shall be regulated by all
the applicable Contract Conditions and Specifications defined under the Framework Agreement
for the construction and maintenance of roads and for trenching and plant laying works for the
extension and renewal of electricity cable, potable water and waste water pipe networks in
different localities in Malta and Gozo on behalf of the Authority for Transport in Malta.
ii.
The appointed contractor shall enter into a Contract of Works in respect of this assignment in
accordance with Appendix I of Volume 1 of the Invitation for participation in the Framework
Agreement.

attached Schedule of Rates. It is also declared that if no other rates are indicated in this

Schedule of Rates our tender shall be as per maximum rate.
This tender is for a period of 150 days from the final date of submission of tender.
