Erotic Meditation Retreat for Couples:
How can we rest as Awareness in the midst of sexuality, sensuality,
relating and intimacy?
With Lyn Hunstad & Marlies Cocheret de la Morinière
June 25 to 28, in Portland, OR
“We will be playing and exploring touch with our hands not as agents of our will but as organs of perception.
For this all their native sensitivity and flexibility must be gradually rediscovered.”
This is a retreat for exploring the potent combination of erotic touch and resting as Awareness. One
intention of this practice is to enjoy strengthening the capacity to rest as the Awareness. When we are
neither trying to cling to or intensify a pleasurable sensation, nor push away an experience we don’t want,
we discover freedom. Cultivating resting as Presence regardless of what is happening in your environment is
one means of expanding awareness and finding deep inner stillness. Shifting your sense of identity from the
individual ego to the vastness of the infinite is another. As we deepen into the internal stillness, we find
ourselves embracing all of life as She is.

Comments from Participants of prior retreats:
 Letting go of expectations and agendas created an opening for the vast spaciousness of consciousness to
emerge.
 EM created a beautiful and nourishing connection to my partner. It is helping to keep the sexual aspects
of our 20+ year relationship alive and thriving!
 Naturally remarkable clearings happen by doing the EM practice.
 EM has created a precious opening between me and my partner.
 EM has helped me to be more present with my self and my senses. Moving away from building ever
greater and greater experiences of excitement has created a profound sense of freedom.



With EM I give myself permission to be true to myself.
I loved the practice of naming desires, fears and boundaries prior to starting the EM practice.
It is new to leave excitement behind and truly fall into my senses and move in fully. Being in the sensory
experience is so free and spacious. The practice gives a new taste of what is possible.
