Awards
Queens in both pageants will receive beautiful crowns, custom embroidered sashes, and gifts. All queens
will be invited to ride in several parades during the year and be invited to the Capital to meet the Governor.
Queens will participate in many volunteer and civic events.
* All other contestants not crowned will receive a beautiful trophy for each pageant they entered*
Optional Awards
There will be other opportunities to win also! Judges will choose a winner for each optional from each age
division. Optionals are: Best Smile, Best Dressed, Best Personality, and Best Hair. Winners for each optional
will receive a gift. *You do not have to enter these optional events to compete for your age division title.
Sponsor Queens
Win wonderful awards and be recognized for raising money for our community benefit programs. All contestants
that raise $300.00 in sponsorship tickets will receive a beautiful crown, 4ft trophy, and gift!
You may print tickets at www.missheartofga.com. The contestant who sells the most sponsor tickets will be crowned
2015 Miss Spalding County Ambassador and reign along with all queens for the year and attend all royalty events.
She will also receive a beautiful crown, sash, and a 6ft trophy, and beautiful gift package
*You may win a sponsorship title or Ambassador and still be eligible for the age division titles.
All sponsorship tickets and money must be turned in no later than June 10th, 2014 to qualify for awards.
Attire & Judging
Attire is Sunday best or fancy pageant wear ex. Flower type dress or Easter dress. Children 0-6 will be judged
based on first impression, beauty, personality, and overall appearance. This is a natural based pageant so we are
not looking for heavy makeup on children or overly stiff hair. Please remember less is more and natural beauty
and a big smile is better. Contestants ages 7-up will be judged on beauty, overall appearance, poise, and
personality. Contestants competing in both pageants will only go up on stage one time but will be judged by two
sets of judges. Judges will not be affiliated with any contestant nor live in Griffin.
Door Admission
Armbands must be worn at all times to enter pageant
One parent free with each contestant. Adults- $5.00, Students- $3.00.
Children 4 and under admitted free.

being held, or anyone associated with this pageant are not responsible for accidents, injury, or theft incurred before,
during, or after the pageant and therefore release any liability to said parties. Judges decisions are final. Poor
sportsmanship will result in disqualification of contestant and prizes (this includes contestant and family members). The
director reserves the right to cancel pageant due to lack of participation with full refund. If pageant is rescheduled due
to inclement weather all monies will be carried over to rescheduled date, no refunds will be given. I understand no
refund will be given if contestant fails to show or is disqualified because of misconduct by contestant or family member.
