Please include a short essay as to why you want to be Miss Rosebud,
RosePetal or Miss RoseFest on separate sheet of paper.
Applicants for each group are asked to participate in the Memorial Day
Parade on Monday, May 25th at 10am. The talent competition will be held
from 5pm—8pm on June 1st (Miss RoseBud), June 2nd (Miss RosePetal),
and June 3rd (Miss RoseFest), in the Erin Auditorium, located with-in the
library building. Five individuals, from each group, will be selected to
represent the court , with the Pageant Winner being crowned on the
Opening Day of the RoseFest at Memorial Park at 7pm. All Participants will
be asked to participate in the RoseFest Parade on June 21st at 1pm.
Return this application and all required documents no later than May 16,
2015.

Contestant Guidelines
1. Contestants must be female and should be a Roseville resident or
attend a school in the city of Roseville.
2. Contestants must submit a completed application and parental
consent form by May 16, 2015. Late applications will not be accepted.
3. Contestants must have a 2.0 overall and currently be in good
academic standing in all classes. Principal or Guidance counselor
signature is required.
4. Contestants should not have any major disciplinary offenses for the
2014-2015 school year.
5. Contestants should not hold any other pageant titles that would
prevent her from completing her duties as RoseFest Queen.
6. Contestants must participate in the pageant community service
project that will be taking place around the holidays.
7. Contestants should show good sportsmanship and be exemplary
representatives of the City of Roseville at all times. Contestants
showing less than sportsman-like behavior will be disqualified.

result in disqualification from the competition. I also understand
that the pageant directors nor the City of Roseville are

occur due to participation in the Pageant.

Talent approval will be made by May 23 , 2015. Your talent must
be completed by this date, and you should be prepared to perform
your talent for the other contestants and the pageant directors on
your respective date. After this date, minor changes/adjustments
(for example, dance steps) may be made; however, major
changes to your talent (for example, music selection) will not be
allowed.
This performance should really allow your personality and special
skills to shine. There is a 3-minute time limit. If your talent
requires the use of music and/or lyrics, it must be approved
first. If more than one contestant wishes to perform the same
musical selection for the competition, permission will be granted
to the contestant who submits for approval first.
