We collaborate with Pharma, Payers, Providers, and Population Health companies to develop innovative messaging solutions. Prospect and close new clients by learning new markets, identifying new opportunities and differentiating our capabilities. Secure MSA’s with new clients negotiating, price, term, scope, etc.. Coordinate all sales resource needs (technical, legal, consulting and financial) as needed. Support recent closed sales for defined period of time to complete implementation and grow revenue. Duties and Responsibilities: Achieving & exceeding individual sales quota for targeted market Develop and manage relationships with health plans and wellness companies Create and maintain territory strategic sales plan Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities Create enterprise level proposals, contracts, and value assessments Present to C-level executives and manage complex sales-cycles Build account plans and strategies for each target account Effectively leverage internal resources to move deals forward Uncover customer needs and match to mPulse solutions Creatively identify new ROI-driven use cases 2015 Role Capsule – National Sales Executive Page 1 Healthcare Communication for the Mobile Generation Duties and Responsibilities (cont’d): Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement increase adoption of new and existing services within clients Skills, Abilities, and Experience: College degree required Minimum of 4 years of direct sales experience in a quota-carrying role in the software/technology sector; 2+ years in SaaS preferred Experience selling into the healthcare environment (payers, providers, wellness) Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles at all organizational levels Track record of success in carrying a quota of $1m at a minimum Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce.com, and other business software Strong analytical skills to uncover and understand client needs Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively Strong ability to learn quickly and work independently Ability to work across functional lines in a fast paced environment Willingness and ability to travel approx. 50% Behavioral Competencies: Customer Focused Solution Oriented Energetic Self Starter Attention to Detail Independent Self-Starter Highly Organized Ability to Prioritize Technical Aptitude Team Work focused Collaborative approach Contact Information: mPulse Mobile, Inc.
