2. The postings of the above officers within the Commissionerate shall be decided by the respective
Commissioners. While doing the postings within his Commissionerate, the concerned Commissioner
shall ensure that the various instructions/norms as laid down regarding posting from sensitive to nonsensitive, vigilance history etc. are followed.
3. The above officers are directed to report to their new place of postings immediately. Heads of all
section are directed to relieve the officers immediately, so as to enable them to join their respective
place of postings.
4. The officers promoted as Appraisers vide E.O.O. 17/2015 dated 23.01.2015 and 24/2015 dated
02.02.2015 are not considered for rotation in the present order.
5. No representation whatsoever on the subject will be entertained before the officers join at their new
place of posting.
6. Respective Commissioners are requested to ensure that incoming Officers are posted in terms of
DGHRD’s instructions issued vide letter F.No. 8/B/45/HRD(HRM)/2009 (Part-II) dated 08.07.2010.
7. The Commissionerates are requested to ensure that the Officers who are figured in the ODI/Agreed
List should be posted in non-sensitive section.
