Road Hockey Challenge 2015 at Crosshill Mennonite Church - Saturday,
June 20. Fun, food, & prizes! Divisions for boys/girls, from Novice (2006) up
to Bantam (2000). Cost $100/team of 5 (4 playing at a time). Proceeds will
be donated to the Wellesley Food Cupboard. Team registration due by May
9. Registration forms available on church website: www.crosshillmennonite.ca
or by contacting Kyle Roes at kyleroes@hotmail.com. As well, we are tentatively
hoping to have an NHL player Nick Spaling, come to the tournament(barring if
he is in the NHL finals) and play with the kids and will also give a quick talk
about his life and walk with Christ if time permits.

 Lodging required for the leaders of the Take Back Your Life Conference;
Rob Painter and Jason & Fern Schlabach arriving Wed evening May 20 to
Saturday or possibly Sunday morning. Please contact James and Donna

 Penny Power has changed as no more pennies are in circulation to My
Coins Count. There is a blue jar in lobby by Bible reading table for your spare
nickels, dimes and quarters. Loonies and toonies also cheerfully accepted.
 The New Hamburg Thrift Centre has a full-time, 6 month contract (nonrenewable) for adult job seekers who are unemployed or under-employed
(working less than 20 hours per week.) This position is not open to students

For Maple View’s presence at the Wellesley Home and Garden Show this
week, that the Holy Spirit would guide conversations with guests at our
booth.

For participants and leaders in the upcoming Take Back Your Life
Conference at Maple View: that each person involved would be led into full
freedom in Christ. Pray for those who would benefit from taking part but
have not yet decided to attend.

For Stuart and Candice Blyde and their children Raven, Duncan and Gabriel,
as Stu begins as a student pastor.
 Leadership Committee Meeting will be held on Tuesday May 5 at 7:30 pm
(instead of Tuesday April 28). Please mark your calendars.

For John Gerber and his family as he steps into new responsibilities as
bishop of Cedar Grove Amish Mennonite Church.
 MYF(Youth) – Friday, May 8 – Biking at RIM park. Meet at 6:30pm sharp at
the church.

For students and teachers at the Chin Refugee School in New Delhi, India,
as they faithfully pray for us at Maple View.


Maple View. The conference vision is “To see people set free in Christ by
being released from spiritual bondage, taking possession of their inheritance
in Christ and overcoming the enemy’s assaults. Cost: $185/person, including

ministry and inmate testimonies. A freewill offering will support the prison
