dated 28.08.2014 has been received by the National
Commission for Scheduled Tribes
from Shri Gaurav Sattawan, Mumbai
and
a copy of
representation dated 09.04.2015 received from Shri Nawang Tamba, Deputy Manager, NIACL,
Shimla (HP) regarding discrimination is enclosed and to say that Shri Ravi Thakur, Hon'ble ViceChairperson, NCST has desired to discuss the matter in person with you in the Commission on
30.04.2015 at 03.00 P.M. to investigate/inquiry/action
taken in to the matter in pursuance of the
powers conferred upon it under Article 338A of the Constitution of India, you are hereby
requested to submit the facts and information on the action taken on the allegations/matter of
receipt of this notice.

Please take notice that in case the Commission does not receive reply to attend the Sitting
from you within the stipulated time, the Commission may exercise the powers of Civil Courts
conferred on it under Article 338A of the Constitution of India and issue summons for the
appearance in person or by a representative before the Commission.
It is therefore requested
you to kindly make it convenient to attend the Sitting in Commission on the Scheduled date and
time with all relevant records in the case. It is also advised that the petitioners Shri Gaurav
Sattawan and Shri Nawang Tamba may also be intimated to attend the Scheduled Sitting on the
date and time.
