Orica – Liddell ANE Plant Environmental Improvement Program Project Details Project Summary Newport Technical was appointed by Orica as independent 3rd party quality inspector for the construction of environmental improvements to its ANE Plant located in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales. Newport Technical was selected for its expertise in civil/environmental design & construction. Client: Orica The aim of the project was to satisfy a pollution reduction program licence condition required by the NSW Environment Protection Authority. The required improvements included upgrades to existing site stormwater infrastructure, and upgrades to existing site bunding infrastructure. The project scope included environmental improvements to the following areas: car parks; truck wash; dams; fuel bunds; site stormwater drainage system.
