No School - More Houses!
Despite widespread opposition
councillors have approved plans to
build on the proposed secondary
school site at Augusta Park.
“Many ignored local concerns and
approved the extra houses without
comment. They aren’t in control of
planning” said Len Gates.
Developers now want to cut the
number of affordable homes by
10%. Your Focus team are calling
on the council to reject this plan.
“There are over 2000 local people
looking for affordable homes” said
Amy Bower. “Developers must
meet their promises to supply
homes for the local community”
Len and Amy listen to residents’ concerns
about planning and traffic problems
A councillor for Augusta Park
For years we have said Augusta
Park needs its own councillor
rather than share with other
areas. We have now recruited
local resident Amy Bower to
meet that need.
Young mother Amy grew up in
Test Valley and has lived on
Augusta Park for two years.
As a trained nursery nurse and
experienced nanny she
understands the needs of
growing families and will fight to
ensure they get the services and
representation they need.
“This is a young and growing
community. I want to see better
bus services, play areas and
parenting support in the area”
she says.
You have three votes in May
use all three to select the best
candidates to represent you and
your community.

Elections here are between

parties just helps the Tories win here.
