1.
What does Ops360 do? Ops360 trains, develops, and coaches individuals to develop their
operations and finance capacity so that more time, money, and human capital can be
devoted to school academics and culture. We want to show you how to get as much out of
your school’s resources as possible, and we want to connect you to people who are or have
been in similar positions and share lessons learned.

3. How long is the program? Programming is offered over 10 months beginning with 3-day boot

you all can prepare for onboarding, PD, and student orientation, but we are on call if you
need support.
4. What can I expect as a cohort member? Cohort members will receive training, development
and individual coaching from local and national content experts. The program is designed to
further each cohort member’s knowledge in areas necessary to run a healthy organization.
Cohort members will be expected to attend monthly events. Please carefully review the

5. Who should apply to the Ops360 program? Ops360 cohort applicants should be employed
b y a non-profit and have primarily operations and/or finance responsibilities at a school,
network, or CMO serving a high percentage of students that qualify for free or reduced
lunch. We have 2 cohort groups in each location: Founders and Emergers. Founders are
those who are relatively new to their operations and finance position. (It doesn’t mean you
are the school founder although we work with many school leaders.) Emergers have at least
2 years of experience in school operations. See the table below.

6. How do I know to which cohort group I should apply? You won’t have to indicate a group on
your application. We’ll use the information on your application per the guidelines in the table
in #5 to place you into a group. There will be diversity in positions and titles in each group,
but we will work from your commonalities and differentiate as we go to ensure your
knowledge and skills increase faster.
7. What is the cost for the 10-month program? We are working with philanthropists to offset
nearly all of the costs for our cohort members. The commitment fee for each applicant is
$1,200 (twelve hundred dollars) and payable in two installments: $600 by June 8, 2015 and
$600 by July 30, 2015
8. How will I know if I am accepted into the program? We will contact you on May 9th or 10th to
schedule an in-person meeting or Skype/Google call between May 11th-22nd to talk more
about your expectations and the Ops360 program. Applicants selected for the program will
receive an emailed cohort invitation by 6pm on May 25th. Applicants who were not selected
will also be informed by email on May 25th.
