Perry . First, Professor Kenji Yoshino will discuss his insights into the trajectory of the case, outlining his new book Speak Now: Marriage Equality on Trial. Professor Yoshino will then introduce the Honorable Judge Vaughn Walker, who presided over Perry v. Schwarzenegger in the Northern California District Court. Judge Walker will then discuss the case and its history.
