INTRODUCTION
For years now the states that Americans live in have been under foreign occupation. The
biggest problem is, unbeknownst to them, they are the ones who are doing the occupying.
FORWARD
As many people know the United States has been occupying many countries around the
world with ITs military the past several years. In years past, IT has conquered the Indian tribes
of America. In between all those acts of aggression, the states of the south in the Civil War
were usurped by IT. Actually, that last aggression in mention is where “our” problem begins.
CONQUERING THYSELF
It seems as though most people just go through their lives being told what to think and do.
For example, in recent years people have let themselves be called human resources. In years
past, people have gone through life without questioning why law has been kept from them.
People need to understand there is a crucial reason why they are not to know law: Control.
LIVING IN A CITY-STATE
People who live in America are technically living in Washington DC. 1 That is due to the fact
they are participating in the political system. After the Civil War the political system changed
under the 14th Amendment of the Constitution. By law made under the amendment, people
were technically moved out of their states into the control of Congress, or the United States.
Also, these stealthy measures made people foreigners in their own states, i.e., countries.2
RIGHTFUL SOCIETAL LAW
To meet strict standards of the governments being able to rule under the 14th Amendment,
the common law has been suppressed so that Americans could not be self-governing. Such
law form is inherent to the constitutional system in America. Look at this telling reference:

That is the Introduction from the chief law dictionary that the courts referenced prior to The
War Between The States ( i.e., the so-called “Civil War” ). What does that introduction imply?

The telling key words are, “With References to the Civil & Other Systems of Foreign Law”.... In
regard to grammatical structure ( and secret factors of law ), it is telling us that the Common
Law was inherent to the states and federal government. The Roman Civil Law was considered
a foreign law form. 4 Nonetheless, the latter law form is what dominates America, thanks to
the 14th Amendment and the people who are in occupation of “our” countries. Our rightful
law forms are still available to us but the 14th Amendment rulers have covered it up.
THE RIGHTFUL PEOPLES OF AMERICA
A people who are under foreign occupation have aspirations for national independence.5 The
several states of the American Union have been occupied by the government of the United
States and ITs citizens for well over 140 years. This occupation has caused a displacement of
the lawful system of government. For this time period, peoples of the American states have
unwittingly participated in such system to their detriment; thus compromising the liberties of
nationals found in each state in the Union by those participating. The rightful people of the
several states seek to peacefully right the wrongs that have been imposed on us.
THE NATIONALIST PARTIES OF THE SEVERAL STATES OF AMERICA
Political nonparticipation is the cure for these ills. Tell them this is Not My Government.
The Nationalist Party is grassroots and pure for it is of the common people of America. It is of
the same makeup of those who settled this great land. It is a true party, of the people, by the
people, and for the people. We believe it is time for true change by exposing all other parties
that are one in the same. We ask that you please join us in educating America!

4 ROMAN LAW. The Roman Civil Law turns people into legal entities. This way the legislatures can make law to
control people. It is done under the Law of Persons law form. This law form is also what creates corporations via
the government. The 14th Amendment assisted greatly in this. The whole system is grounded in private law, which
essentially means it only operates in a particular sphere of people and things. This is compared to public law,
which encompasses all people that are within a constitutional system (which are generally municipalities).
