BASIC INFORMATION- RULES OF SHOW:
Only hand crafts, craft related items and craft supplies along with home based businesses (such as Pampered
Chef, Tupperware, etc.) NO FLEA MARKET ITEMS OR BAKED GOODS WILL BE PERMITTED. All items must be
school appropriate.
Displays- Exhibitors must provide their own tables and props for their display. Metal chairs will be
provided.
Date & Time of Show- May 2, 2015 from 10 AM to 2 PM. If unable to make the show please notify the
registrar. No Refunds.
Set Up Time: day of show from 8:30 am-9:45 am
Tear Down Time: day of show after 2:00 pm. No early tear downs allowed.
Location Identification: Locations will be numbered. Exhibitors are to set up displays within the lines of
the location assigned.
Location Assignments: All locations are assigned by the Registrar. Committee members will be
available for any questions and to assist exhibitors in finding their assigned locations.
Space Size: 10 feet long by 6 feet deep
PERRY HALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND PERRY HALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PTA ARE NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO VENDOR PRODUCTS.
THIS EXHIBIT/ VENDOR AGREEMENT includes this information/signature acknowledgement. By signing this
agreement the VENDOR represents that the VENDOR has received and has read all of the documents making
up this agreement and agrees to comply with all of the provisions of this agreement.
