For nearly 60 years, the spring show season has begun with the Philomont Horse
Show, a hometown tradition that benefits the Philomont Volunteer Fire Department.
Each year we depend on local businesses and friends of the horse community to
continue making this event a success.
The Philomont Horse Show is an authentic community event, drawing riding
schools and private horse owners from all around Loudoun and beyond. It is a
completely volunteer-run event, with all proceeds going to support fire and rescue
efforts of the Philomont Volunteer Fire Department. This year, we have added a fifth
level of sponsorship as we plan to build permanent judge’s stands on the grounds.
Available sponsorships include Judge’s Stand Sponsor, Show Sponsor, Division
Sponsor (set of three classes), Class Sponsor, and Wish-You-Well Sponsor. Details
for each level are on the attached sheet.
All sponsors will be noted in the show program, which is distributed to local
businesses, feed stores, and tack shops, and to all exhibitors and spectators the day of
the show. The show program will also be posted on the Philomont Volunteer Fire
Department web site, www.philomontvfd.org.
Please complete the attached sponsorship form and mail in your support to
PVFDHS, c/o Richlyn Norman, 382 W. Virginia Ave, Hamilton, VA 20158 by
Wednesday March 18th to be included in the first printing. Sponsor ships
received between March 19th and April 23rd will be printed in the day-of program.
