DIRECTIONS TO SHILOH WEST IN CASTRO VALLEY FROM I-680 SOUTH: Exit at Crow Canyon Road. Make a RIGHT off the freeway heading southwest on Crow Canyon for approximately 3.6 miles, passing Home Depot and Staples on your right. Once you pass Arne’s Tack shop on Right, veering to your right, look for the “MA Center” sign on right down driveway, drive straight pass “MA Center” – Follow signs to Shiloh West Equestrian Center – slight veer to right over small bridge into Center. Baby Blue, Turquoise & Aquamarine Indigo & Royal Ultramarine &Cobalt Navy & Teal Azure & Sapphire Tiffany & Midnight High Point Division Rating structure: 6 points for 1st; 4 points for 2nd, 3 points for 3rd, 2 points for 4th, and 1 point for 5th. With classes of 3 or less deduct two points for each placing. Division highpoints will include points earned in the jumping and corresponding flat classes with 3 or more. Warm-up classes are EXCLUDED from year-end awards Schedule: Ring 1 starts at 8:30 AM; Ring 2 at 9:00 AM – If rain persists show is moved to indoors and starts with Ring 2 and continues through Ring 1 ending with Midnight Jumpers. Arenas will be open for free schooling only for horses entered in show between 7:00 – 7:45 am sharp. Arenas will be available for walking between 8:00 -8:30 am. Food: Breakfast and lunch are served in the food booth. Snacks and drinks are available as well. Attire: Proper show attire – Equitation/Hunter classes: coat, tall boots or paddock boots with straps, breeches, rat catchers; no running martingales; Jumper classes: polo shirts and breeches. MUST wear ASTM/SEI approved helmets at all times. Helmets must be latched at all times. This applies to Halloween costume class if mounted. Jumpers Classes judged on closest to optimum time 325mpm -Single round determines winner. No jump off. Sale Class $50: The class will be held at the lunch break. All horses will be allowed 5-10 minutes in the Jumping Ring 1 to be shown in hand, dressage, and/or over fences. They are allowed to set jumps with helper. All Classes: Dangerous riding or horses will be eliminated per the judge’s discretion. No refunds given. Scratches: No refunds given. Credit towards next show given before the close date.
