BizCon App The BizCon app is the virtual version of the program—it contains information ranging from exhibits to the keynote speaker. The event will not have a hard copy show program, but instead will direct people to download the app—so it is very important you have your information up to date! As an exhibitor you receive a virtual booth that represent your organization and share information about your company to attendees. The virtual booth incorporates lead generation and an interactive component to engage with attendees through offering a coupon and/or offer that attendees can receive by scanning the QR code in the booth. In the upcoming weeks you will receive an email from the event manager that contains your app log in information—this is for you to do from the computer prior to the event. You can always access the app from your mobile device; however, to make changes or edit you’ll need to log in through the computer. Information that is automatically put in for you is your company name, website, category of business (according to your GRCC membership application), profile id, booth number and contact email. Information that you’ll need to submit is company bio/background, offer/code and company logo. Please reference the app guide on www.bizconnc.com for how to add and/or edit information. Marketing BizCon is open to the Chamber membership as well as public to attend and our marketing strategy includes utilizing all avenues available to use to promote the event. Our presenting sponsor, The News & Observer, is being a fantastic partner to the Chamber by promoting our event in several ways including a special insert within the newspaper that is entirely BizCon based—our contact Adam Fitzgerald will be discussing further at the workshop and we’ll have information on the website as well. Attendees Pricing will be $65 per Chamber member employee (with special prices per group of 8) and $80 per nonmember.
