Check-In Information and Requirements
All Denver Metro teams, including Colorado Springs and Boulder, must plan on attending the mandatory team checkin at the Denver Marriott South Park Meadows, on Tuesday, May 19 between 6 and 9 pm.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: All out of metro or out of state teams (play beginning on Friday, May 22 or Sat., May 23)
must check in at the site director’s tent at your field of play 1 hour before the start of your first game UNLESS your team
begins play on Friday at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, in which case you must check-in at the Eighteen76 Café (formerly known
as the Cantina) at DSGP between 2 and 7 pm on Friday, May 22.






FOR Teams playing at DSGP on 5/22 only
I-70 to Quebec St.
Go north on Quebec, approx. 1 mile
Turn east on 60th Ave. into the Complex
Turn south on Victory Way at the Stadium
Turn immediately east around the stadium
Park outside of the Cantina in Lot F or the VIP Lot
Address: 6000 Victory Way, Commerce City, CO 80022 (Directions/map are on the Check-In Page of the
www.realcolrado.net website).
Check-In Requirements
Please note the following check-in requirements. All forms listed, including Tournament Maps, may be downloaded from our
website at www.realcoloradocup.net. If you have any problems, contact Diane Demmel at ddemmel@realcolorado.net to have
the forms faxed to you (include your fax no. in your email and what forms you need).

U11-14 Teams: Two copies of your state certified Spring 2015 roster,

U15-19 Teams: Two copies of your state certified Spring 2015/Fall 2014 roster, unless you are bringing more
than 18 players, then you must bring seven copies.

Player passes for all players, including guests – must be Spring 2015/Fall 2014,

U11-14 Teams: Two copies of Completed Guest Player Roster, **

U15-U19 Teams: Five/seven (see #2 above) copies of Completed Guest Player Roster, **

If you are from outside of USYS Region IV and playing under USYS - Two copies of your State’s

Permission to Travel Papers, (US Club teams do not require travel papers),
Player Loan Forms for out-of-state guest players (all out of state teams),
Copies of all players’ medical releases, (USYSA Fully Executed Forms are acceptable),
Completed Team Information Form.
**Please note there will be no roster changes once your first game has started.
Rapid Ticket voucher, coaches and player gifts, rules, tournament programs and finalized schedules will be picked up.
