Welcome to WE FEST! There WILL be tubs to sell out of, you may bring your own tub if you have one. You must read and understand the following information very clearly. We ask that you take time to read through this throughly and have a full understanding of all information provided below. Anyone who does not follow all instructions and requirements could be turned away from working the event. Main Event Services runs a very tight operation that is set up to make our vendors as successful as possible. Please understand that all vendors need to work within the rules and regulation that are mandated by the facility. If you are unable to work within the rules laid out below you need not even attempt to work the event. What TO Bring: -Your Valid State Issued ID. -$40 in cash to make change for your customers -Uniform - Black pants or shorts (shorts must reach the knee, no jeans) Comfortable black shoes. -Carts and small dollies ARE allowed. -A small snack to eat. Venue does not provide any food to eat. If you want to bring water into the venue it must be in a gallon jug. No water bottles allowed. -Amazing Attitude and Lots of Energy!! DO NOT BRING: -Do not bring a backpack. They will not be allowed through the gates for security reasons. All bags will be checked multiple times at check-in by security, and by your managers. Do NOT try to bring anything of your own to sell. YOU WILL BE CAUGHT. Commissions: Commission as follows for beer: First Tier Goal (as a team): Buy for $8, Sell for $8.50 Second Tier Goal (as a team): Buy for $7.75, Sell for $8.50 Third Tier Goal (as a team): Buy for $7.50, Sell for $8.50 Tiers based from MES Commission; Once our Second Tier Goal is met, your commission increases, Once our Third Tier Goal is hit, you get another raise. Commission for water: Buy for $3.50, sell for $4.00 This is a BUY FOR LESS, SELL FOR MORE EVENT. You will be paid throughout the event, per each sale. The more you sell, the more money you will make. Rules: -You may sell inside the festival gates, ONLY. -You MAY bring a cart to help you; a cart with maximum of 2 wheels. Check-In Times: Thursday 12 PM Friday 12 PM Saturday 12 PM Check-in Location: See Map for Purple Triangle - this is check-in. (located near VIP Parking) Camping: for those camping, there will be plenty of campsites for everyone. Camping is located on the bottom of this map marked “Valley Staff Camping.” You will be given your camping pass upon check-in.
