Address hold orders 1 week before online Registration period • Proceed to manual registration if you encounter Note: (1) Once assessment forms are printed, you may proceed to pay at the cashier on scheduled dates. (3) OAA scholars must first have their assessment forms stamped by the OAA before they can proceed to the cashier. Any valid ID with picture and signature will suffice. • Special students (Cross registrants, auditors, nondegree, etc.) should proceed to the SOSE waiting and enlistment/assessment venues • Proxies must come with the required documents. Check Proxy Guidelines document for this. • Come during your scheduled batch. • Manual registration batching differ from the online registration batching. Check Enlistment Schedules.. View the Tuition Payment Options document for more details • Checks must have the following information listed at the back: NAME YEAR AND COURSE ID NUMBER CONTACT DETAILS Bring: Tuition Receipt Reminders: • Those who paid online need not present their receipts but it is preferred that you have a print-out or digital copy of your online transaction • The Official receipts of those who paid online will be available after the manual registration days. You may claim this at the Cashier’s Office, Ground flr., Xavier Hall • Make sure that you paid online at least two working days before you apply for your ID. • Strictly no proxies allowed for ID application / validation or claiming. Students have the option to do this even during start of regular classes • Strict ID wearing implementation starts on Wed. June 17, 2015.
