VOCATION SUNDAY
Today, our Archdiocese joins with the world-wide Church in
celebrating Vocation Sunday. Please join with us in
offering a prayer of gratitude for the life-giving service of
those men and women who have answered the call to
ordination, religious life or consecrated life.
Each year, your generous spiritual and financial support
makes it possible for individuals to follow the call to serve
as ordained and consecrated men and women. Your gifts
give life to all of us. Please consider a gift this year in
support of Vocation Sunday through today’s special
collection or by making a monthly gift pledge through the
parish office or online at http://tiny.cc/vocationsunday.
MONDAY’S For MOMS
Are you looking for a place to gather for some
casual social interaction with other young families?
Mondays: 9:30 am until 11:00 am, Room 2.
Widows … If you would like to meet other women
that you can relate to, now is your chance. Come out,
socialize, support and get to know other women in
the parish. Join us for a potluck supper after Mass on
Saturday May 2nd in meeting room 1/2.
To be good stewards we must be good shepherds, willing
to lay down our lives for those committed to our care, not
mere hired hands who run off, “leaving the sheep to be
snatched and scattered by the wolf.”

Annulment? What’s the difference? Are you divorced

you get an annulment? Joan Myers from the Marriage
Tribunal will present an informational session in the Holy
Family Parish Hall at 7:00 pm on April 30.
MARCH FOR LIFE Thursday May 7 in Regina, sponsored
by the Saskatchewan Pro-Life Association and Campaign

Please bring lawn chairs. In Saskatchewan, a 14 year old
pregnant teen can request and receive an abortion without
parental consent. This unfortunate void in the law results
in many teenagers making life-changing decisions on their
own or after being coerced by a selfish boyfriend or
abusive man. A parental consent for abortion law will
protect the health and welfare of minors and recognize the
rights of parents to raise their children and be involved in
intimate and important health care decisions.
