The directors of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) are pleased to
announce five new appointments to the leadership team.

Tony Tudor - Associate Director, Queenstown
Tony joined RLB in 2012 with eighteen years’ experience as a consultant Quantity Surveyor. His seasoned
experience covers all facets of cost management from cost planning to post contract cost management
within a variety of construction sectors, including airports, retail, custodial, health, education and research and
development.
Atish Jogia - Associate Director, Auckland
Atish has been with RLB since 2004, working one year in RLB Wellington before moving to RLB Auckland.
He has fourteen years’ experience in the Construction market as a Quantity Surveyor and extensive
experience within estimating and cost planning, as well as very adept at both pre and post contract issues and
requirements. Atish has also worked in a wide range of projects around the pacific, the majority of his work
being based in Fiji.
Bruce Jamieson - Associate Director, Auckland
Bruce has been with RLB since 2004 and has extensive experience in both the contracting and consultancy
sectors. He has over 25 years’ experience in the construction and engineering business covering a broad range
of projects within entertainment, education, retail, residential, industrial, engineering and infrastructure. Bruce’s
experience also includes providing procurement advice and cost management across a number of Infrastructure
projects.
Martin Grace - Associate Director, Tauranga
Martin has been with RLB since 2004 and has worked previously in RLB Auckland office as well as in three of the
RLB offices in the USA: Portland, Las Vegas and Phoenix. He brings with him 27 years of professional quantity
surveying experience in health, commercial, education, institutional, residential, hospitality, sports stadia, aviation
and the civil engineering sectors of the construction industry.
Hamish Dackers - Associate Director, Auckland
Hamish joined RLB in 2002. Having worked in building contractor, consultant, and client roles on a wide range
of property and construction projects, he has built up considerable experience in the New Zealand construction
industry. Hamish has worked on a wide range of projects across all sectors, with significant experience in tertiary
research facilities, hotel and multi-unit residential, and large scale commercial projects. Hamish is highly skilled in
conceptual and design phase estimating, cost planning, and procurement.
