Natalie Barrett, our Head Chef, works very closely with our local suppliers to create a traditional seasonal menu. Our meat is all from Dorset, free range and reared to the highest standard by Mr & Mrs Stone of Stone Family Farm at Three Legged Cross. We use Dexter beef as it gives a more sweet intense flavour compared to other breeds and our pork comes from the rare breed Oxford Sandy and Black.
