Congratulations 2nd Grade
Dear Parents, Our second grade students, along with their parents, will enjoy a “Teaching Mass” followed by a special luncheon tomorrow. This is in preparation for First Holy Communion that will take place on May 2nd. Thank you to Mrs. Phillips, Mrs. Campbell, and all of the 1st and 2nd grade parents who helped plan these special events. It’s a busy Friday for many of our Jr. High students. The seventh graders will enjoy a day at the Academy of Sciences and our 7th and 8th graders will enjoy their last Jr. High dance. Thank you to all field trip and dance chaperones! We cannot participate in these enriching activities without you. Saint Francis Solano students raised $700 toward Sunday’s Crop Hunger Walk. Several Student Council members, as well as Mrs. Sweeters and her husband, will be representing our school. If anyone else would like to join the fun, registration begins at 12:00 at First Congregational Church; the walk begins at 1:00. “Help end hunger…one step at a time!” Debbie Picard UPCOMING EVENTS
