Suffolk Coastal District Council Elections, 7 May 2015
Preserve the environment ensuring that planning decisions get the
right balance between giving people what they want and providing the
infrastructure such as Schools, GP’s and Transport links to support it.
Antisocial behaviour of any kind is something that none of us should
have to endure, I will assist any of my constituents in any way I can to
get it stopped.
I will work with the council in respect of budget control to ensure that
good quality services continue to be delivered to our community and
that Council Tax remains at their current levels for as long as possible.
Supporting local businesses and jobs is a key part of maintaining our
great community and something that I want to help to promote and
support.

About Deborah
About Mark
Deborah Dean was born in Ipswich living there until 2004 when she
and husband of 25 years Martin moved to Kesgrave.
Mark has lived in Rushmere St Andrew for 34 years. He has been
married for 46 years and has two children and four grandchildren.
A pre-nursing course at Suffolk College was followed by a change of
direction in 1980 to IT, seeing Deborah spend the years following
working for Tolly Cobbold, London Underground, ICL, Fujitsu and since
2009 for BT where she manages teams delivering services to NHS
Trusts across London and the South.
Mark retired from his job with British Telecom after more than 40 years
of service and has been a local councillor for the past 4 years. He is
quite passionate about planning issues and how they affect the
community. He is also willing to become involved in difficult issues
affecting residents whether or not these are directly associated with
his role as a Councillor.
Passionate about the Suffolk countryside, free time is spent walking
their dog Logan, a Hungarian Vizsla, in places like Levington,
Rendlesham/Tunstall, Sutton, Minsmere and Dunwich. Her other
interest is football, Ipswich Town of course.
Mark's personal interests include amateur radio, computing and
walking in our beautiful Suffolk countryside.
