experience of working with people of all ages

qualified to deliver the range of core
Educational Psychology duties associated
with individual complex case assessment.
However, Jenny has a strong belief that
meeting the needs of young people is best
met through dissemination of information
and skills to the professional-family network
and promotes the use of consultation,
research and training. She offers the
following skills and experience to the local
authority:
Jenny is trained in a number of consultation
models informed by behavioural,
psychodynamic and systemic theoretical
models which can be utilised by schools,
parents and other professionals in individual,
group or supervision contexts.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING
Jenny is particularly passionate about providing
high quality INSET to professionals using a range
of methods (from traditional style presentations and
workshops to work discussion groups).
Jenny's doctorate was based on local authority
evaluation research which employed qualitative
and quantitative data design, collection and
analysis. This can be applied to organisational
development work in schools and other local
authority contexts.
Jenny is experienced in delivering and advising on

based on her training in behavioural,
systemic and psychodynamic thought to
inform her work with parents, teachers and

the emotional effects of teaching and
learning we can deepen our comprehension
of the behaviour, thoughts and feelings of
others and the impact this has within
schools on an individual, group and
systemic basis. Michelle has also delivered
several Emotional First Aid trainings offered
