Classic Cushions & Umbrellas warrants that your cushion or umbrella is free from defects in material or workmanship as of the date of purchase and will, with proper care by the purchaser, remain so for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If your Classic Cushions or Umbrellas fails structurally during the period of one year from original purchase, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace without charge. This warranty does not cover products used for commercial purchases, or products that have not been cleaned or maintained properly. This warranty does not cover normal fading or stretching that occurs in fabrics and upholstery materials.The warranty does not cover fading of polyester or printed acrylic fabrics. MATCHING CUSHIONS: Cushions and umbrellas are randomly cut by machine; hand cut charge for matching will be 30% upcharge. Matching cushions must be specified when ordering. Please see fabric chart for patterns that may need to be matched for sofas or loveseats. FABRIC AVAILABILITY: Classic Cushions & Umbrellas offers the finest selection of fabrics in the industry. We strive to have all fabrics shown in current swatch book available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of every pattern or that certain patterns will not be discontinued by the fabric mills. GENERAL INFORMATION BUTTONS: Fabric covered buttons are available for fifty cents each. You must specify with or without buttons and button color. If not specified cushions will be shipped without buttons. Not all cushion designs accommodate buttons. OEM CUSHIONS: Classic provides replacement cushions for many furniture lines. OEM cushions cannot be altered & may not be exact to original specifications. We do not recommend using our OEM cushions for any other furniture lines or groups other than those shown in our catalog. WELTS: Fabric covered welts are available in same fabric or coordinating fabric. Adding a welt requires a 30% upcharge per cushion. Please specify 1/4” or 1/2” welt when ordering. Not all cushion designs accommodate welt. Contrast welt requires 10% upcharge. PRIORITY RUSH Rush orders are reserved for Classic’s stocking dealers only. Classic Cushions & Umbrellas will expedite orders marked “Priority Rush” to ship within 3 working days. Order should specify priority shipping instructions. There is a 25% upcharge for priority handling. Classic Cushions & Umbrellas cannot absorb priority shipping cost. Priority rush orders go immediately into production & cannot be cancelled. RETURNS All returns must be authorized by Classic Cushions & Umbrellas, and must be accompanied by invoice number and date. No changes in orders will be allowed if order is in process. Solutions dyed acrylic features a soil and stain-resistant finish that can be cleaned with a solution of natural soap in lukewarm water. Solution dyed acrylic does not promote mildew growth. However, mildew may grow on dirt and other foreign substances that are allowed to stand on the fabric. For mildew stains, prepare a mild solution of one cup bleach plus two capfuls of a natural soap per gallon of water. Sponge thoroughly with clean water and air dry. Olefins/Polyester Blend Blended to be very durable and naturally resistant to mildew and stains. Olefin fabric can be cleaned with a solution of warm water and a mild detergent. For stubborn stains, diluted bleach can be used without affecting the fabric color. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and air dry. Printed Acrylic Acrylic prints offer vibrant color with all the weather and stain resistance of acrylic fabrics. The designs are printed on 100% solution dyed acrylic base cloth. Spot wash by sponging briskly with a natural soap in lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry. DO NOT USE BLEACH or harsh cleaners. These fabrics are not warranted against fading. Printed Polyester Polyester prints are appropriate for either indoor or outdoor use. Constructed of 100% polyester yarns, these fabrics are easily cleaned with a mild detergent and water. DO NOT USE BLEACH or use harsh cleaners. These fabrics are not warranted against fading. Shadebrella Shadebrella fabrics are specifically designed for outdoor use. PVC coated polyester yarn is woven to provide high strength and durability for slings and umbrellas. Shadebrella offers a 98% shade factor and can be easily cleaned with soap and water. Diluted bleach can be used if necessary for tough mildew stains. Phifertex & Textilene PVC coated yarn is woven in a mesh construction to provide breathable comfort and strength for cushions and umbrellas. With a 75% shade factor in umbrellas, Textra is designed to withstand continuous wear and exposure to outdoor conditions.
