V duo zasedbi Eloganca se nam bosta predstavili Jelena Milojević in Meta Erženičnik. »Eloganca je energičen, a hkrati nežen preplet ženskih energij, ki izžarevajo intimo in mehkobo«. Kitaristka in še kaj Jelena Milojević (r. 1979): improvizatorka, skladateljica, raziskovalka novih tehnologij, organizatorka, učiteljica, vsestranska odrska umetnica. Meta Erženičnik, pevka, igralka, tekstopistka, moderatorka, imitatorka. Je vokalistka in ustanoviteljica glasbene zasedbe Cabaret band ter stalna članica igralskega ansambla Rdeči Kabaret in Somrak. The Eloganca duo are Jelena Milojević and Meta Erženičnik. “Eloganca is an energetic yet gentle intertwinement of female energies that radiate intimacy and softness” Jelena Milojević (b. 1979), a guitar player and much more: improviser, composer, explorer of new technologies, organiser, teacher and all-round performing artist. The famous Belgrade club Akademija provided the basis for her exceptional social sensibility to further evolve. She found her way to the Gromka Club in Ljubljana quickly enough and formed a “house” band there – an intervention band bringing attention to refugees, immigrants, asylum seekers, the illegals… In short, the entire marginalized spectrum. First she performed with Zlati kastrioti, Sabahbluz, Trotoart, then continued her performing path with the City of Women (with Minka Đonlić, 2003; music for Topografija abecednega mesta, 2005). She ventured into theatre (PGK; Glej, DIC, MGL, PTL) and created the Gallery of Music. Having travelled across Europe as a guest performer, she has also strengthened her talent as a mentor. Meta Erženičnik, singer, actor, songwriter, host, imitator. She is a vocalist and founder of Cabaret Band and permanent cast member of the performing ensembles Rdeči Kabaret and Somrak. She first drew media attention as an imitator of the famous Slovenian singer Helena Blagne (appearing in TV shows TLP, Sobotno popoldne and Piramida). Since 2004 she has been part of the successful team of the Bast School for Performing Arts. As a singer she has performed in the singing and dancing productions I Know I Can, Klopca za dva and Sladki Greh. Zasedba: Rada Kikelj Drasler (glas), Asja Grauf (flavta), Thierno Diallo (kontrabas) The core of the band Orkestrada came together in 2010. They released their first album Spusti (Release) in 2011. Their song Utrip secured them a win at the Slovenian Chanson Festival (2013). Author and vocalist Rada Kikelj Drašler came up with the idea of this distinctly sung and performed poetry a decade ago. On this occasion, Orkestrada will be performing as a trio, where Drašler will be joined on stage by excellent musicians Thierno Diallo (double bass) and Asja Grauf (flute). The band’s poetry in music is diverse in content, spanning from expressive love poems to melancholic longing and social criticism. V osnovni sestavi operirata na vokalih, na kitarah (bas in električna) ter klaviaturah (vsem naštetim dodajata efekte). balans is a duo that does not commit itself to any one genre, »washing away the experience of everyday feelings«. Their rehearsals often centre on their poetry, around which they build their music. They tend not to turn their poetry into structured songs but prefer to surrender to the feelings they experience in a given time and space time each time, thus leaving room for reinterpretations of their songs that undergo a genre transformation. Their music generally incorporates vocals, guitars (bass and electric) and keyboards (to all of which they add effects). četrtek, 4. 6. ob 20.00 / Thursday, 4 June at 20:00 Joshua Beckman, ZDA Vodi / Hosted by: Gregor Podlogar Bere / Reading: Ana Pepelnik Glasba / Music: Igor Lumpert Joshua Beckman se je rodil v New Havenu, Connecticut. Igor Lumpert (rojen 1975, v Novem Mestu) je slovenski skladatelj in jazz saksofonist. Razvijajo avtorsko moderen in zelo samosvoj umetniški pristop v tradiciji zelo zanimive in specifične zasedbe. Zasedba: Dejan Berden (klavir), Iztok Rodež (kitara), Mojmir Wolf (kontrabas), Miran Celec (bobni) The music of the ethno jazz quartet džeZZva from Murska Sobota moves between the tradition of American jazz culture with elements of European classical music and influences of the popular and folk culture of the European South. The highly sensitive communication and playing of this well-tried combination of four musicians will convince the most demanding and the widest of audiences. They develop their own modern and very distinct artistic approach in a tradition of a very interesting, specific ensemble. The music of the ethno jazz quartet džeZZva is based mostly on the band members’ own songs. To a limited extent, they flirt with traditional songs, arranging their own versions and giving them their own personal touch.
