Cannondale’s revolutionary design system and evolved SmartForm construction
techniques take advanced 6069 aluminum alloy and, through the complex
processes of hydroforming, taper-butting, double-pass smooth welding and
post-weld heat treatment render it into flowing, organic, fully optimized
tube shapes.
