Stiftelsen Minerva, Kvinfo og Likestillingssenteret har fått midler fra ­Nordisk
råd til å arrangere nettverksseminaret. Midlene innebærer at vi dekker
dagpakke for de første 30 som melder seg på. Deltakere utover dette, samt
personer som er påmeldt og ikke møter opp, vil bli belastet for en dagpakke
på 400,- DKR. Det vil bli sendt faktura.

Om foredragsholderne:
Jennybeth Ekeland is the author of “Mentoring: learning alliances
in ­management”.
In her book Ekeland describes what good mentoring is, what is
required in cooperation between mentee and mentor, and how to con­duct
mentoring programs. The book builds on research, theory and practical
experience. Jenny is a frequent guest speakers in events concerned with
mentoring, leadership and organizational development Works to managers,
leaders and organizations must have the courage and power to create real
change and viable organizations.
Victoria Carlbaum works with leadership and organizational
development in large companies and organizations, and has more
than 15 years experience of management, leadership development
programs and individual leader­ship coaching. «A Little Less Conversation,
A Little More Action” is her motto when working with managers, leaders and
organizations that must find the courage to create real change.
Lars Trap Olsen has been working as project manager, integration
consultant, business consultant for many years. He has produced
key projects on the subject of employment, integration and minority
groups in Denmark.
John Brøndum Pedersen work with mentoring at CA
­Unemployment Fund is about facilitation of development of
­business professionals, meaning people working with leadership,
project management, economy, finance, IT, HR, communication, marketing,
sales, logistics, procurement and consulting (a. o. management consulting,
auditing and advertising).
Lærke Kamma Clausen is a researcher who focuses on the factors
that affect the use of evaluations in the Danish Ministry of Education.
Currently she works with Diversity and Education with The largest
trade union in Denmark United Federation of Danish Workers- 3F.
