The Future Security of Europe - Den Norske Atlanterhavskomite
The Future Security of Europe
The Storting and the Norwegian Atlantic Committee has the pleasure of inviting you to a seminar on
September 17th, 09.00-11.30, Venue: The Nobel Institute, Henrik Ibsen’s gate 51, Oslo
Is there a common understanding of Europe’s current security challenges? If not, how do we mitigate diverging realities? How do we adapt to
a future of growing political instability and geopolitical conflict along European frontiers? How can we maintain political unity as well as the
foundation of our security structure, in an increasingly complex security environment?
On the occasion of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly’s 60th anniversary and the upcoming annual NATO PA session in Stavanger in October, the
Storting’s NATO PA delegation and the Norwegian Atlantic Committee, are hosting a seminar that focuses on these issues. Moderated by David
Hobbs, Secretary General of the NATO PA, these questions will be debated by the esteemed senior policy makers and experts listed below.
