• Go-To-Market for swimming will be organized
• Stepwise piloting program with selected clubs & training centers
• Campaign in the triathlon competitions during the summer
• Proof of concept triggered for the next sports
• Run an investment round to get ready for wide scale market entry

• Working the same way has enabled us focusing on the essential:
interacting with the customers to solve their problem

• Knowing the “November night feeling” helped getting close enough initial guess on the
solution

• In addition to a unique product, there is a long list of “plumbing” which could be
more-or-less commonly organised
• Technical scalability
• Small size of companies forces to focus on individual technologies
• Interoperability of the solutions
• Independent data storages will not live for long
• Sales&marketing
• Individual efforts are not enough to break outside the “niche”
• HW Operations
• 1k/month is doable for anybody but how far will that take

• Scaling from individual local server to global service platform ???
