Steel weighbridge
DIY model is a steel deck weighbridge that delivers proven performance at an affordable
price . It is designed in two parts, for quick and easy installation . The first , is the main body
which consists of three or five drive modules depending on weighbridge length. Steel
foundation can be mounted underneath each module (as an option). The second part, are
the side frames which are bolted on each side of the drive modules (yellow painted parts in
pictures). These frames work also as guide rails avoiding trucks driving out of the weighbridge. Factory pre-mounted load cells come as standard equipment of the scale. Installation time on site is reduced in half a day (all load cells have two direction bumpers. Top
access to load cells and junction box is possible for easy maintenance and service.

A set of four steel entry and exit ramps are available as
an option with the following specifications:

The modules can be unloaded by 2 tons forklift without the need of cranes and other heavy equipment. Also there is no need for special foundations, as it can be installed on any, reasonable horizontal,
concrete or asphalt surface (surface must be able to carry fully loaded truck)

CP 3000 SC is a pit mounted composite weighbridge , perfectly suited for sites with limited
space. Sophisticated software tools and our long experience on weighbridge design,have
been used to optimize the price/strength ratio. It is composed of a steel structure formwork, quality steel reinforcements,foundation plates with movement restrainers and high
quality load cells of your choice out of our large stock .
One of the advantages of CP 3000 SC is that the concrete deck has its own rigid formwork
attached to the main body, which contributes to the overall structural integrity of the
weighbridge. The main steel frame together with the reinforcing is delivered in parts easily
bolt and assembled on site; for example the 18x3m model, it is composed of 6 pcs of
approximate dimensions 6x1,6m , so when bolted together they compose a structure of
18x3m. This process reduces on-site large crane requirements(a fork lift is also enough) and
also reduces transportation costs. The concrete can be poured on site even with the load
cells already installed.

of extra forming works,and no need to place the deck on the floor and lift it once the

assembled on site.
Concrete to be poured on site
The concrete can be poured on site with the load cells already installed. Normal concrete curing time
applies.
