Summer is approaching
fast, and with it comes
our summer camps,
pools, programs, discount
tickets, and special events!
This summer, we will
host our StroudKids
Summer Day Camp at
three locations: Dansbury
Park (East Stroudsburg),
Morey Elementary School,
and our new location at
Chipperfield Elementary.
Tots camp for 4- and
5-year-olds will be offered
at Morey Elementary. Our
StroudKids Camp for 6to 12-year-old campers is
available at Dansbury and
Chipperfield locations,
while a select number
of 6- to 9-year-olds may
attend the Morey location.
Our new and improved
Leaders in Training
(L.I.T.) program for 13- to
15-year-olds will develop
“real world” leadership
skills including resume
building, interviewing, and
dressing for success.
In addition to our
summer camps, we will
host multiple programs
throughout the Stroud
Region such as monthly
hikes, Movies in the
Park, Paint in the Parks,
a bus trip to Longwood
Gardens, and much more!

trails, parks, recreation amenities and natural areas
throughout the Stroud Region. SROSRC partners

Ages: 14+
Fire Mountain Taekwondo Academy has been offering quality, affordable martial arts training for children and adults since February 1997. Taekwondo is a
Korean martial arts system of unarmed combat. A student will develop body,
mind, and spirit as a result of the training journey from beginner white belt
to the advanced black belt. Classes consist of warm-up exercises to develop
cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. Curriculum involves learning
martial arts techniques: blocks, strikes, kicks, forms, sparring, rolling and falling, weapons and breathing exercises.

year-round program, which meets
twice per week: 7-8 p.m. Wednesdays
and 6:30-7:30 p.m. Fridays

This is an opportunity for children to play and
interact with other children as parents socialize.

This class will allow both parent and child to imagine
the world around them and understand different art
methods. In each class, participants will create powerful artwork themed in nature and growth. Come and

Longwood Gardens and the ticket for entry.
