Visiting students attend universities that do not have direct exchange programs with ITU. In most cases, this means that students will be paying tuition (you will be charged approx. 150, 00 TL per hour for 2016-2017. Tuition rates vary based on the year the student matriculates at ITU) to ITU. After the completion of their study at ITU, international visiting students will return to their home institution to complete their degree. These students will not receive a degree from ITU. Please consult the International Office at your current university for more information regarding your study abroad experience and t o verify t h a t your university does not have a direct exchange agreement with ITU. Each visiting and exchange student will have an academic advisor within their major to help them learn which courses are available each semester and select classes based on their previous coursework. It is important t o consult with your current university before selecting classes at ITU to ensure that the courses you take during your time abroad will transfer to your degree program when you return home. *These figures are only estimates for one semester. **Application must be made within 3 months after enrollment to SGK association. Apply online using the Application Form. There is no application fee. 2. Submıt official or certified copies of your transcript(s) from your current university to the ITU Office of Undergraduate Admission. 3. Your application documents should be sent by e-mail by your coordinator. There is no need to send the original documents. *Visiting students can apply on their own, not via their coordinator. However, a recommendation letter is still a necessity. Provide course descriptions of each course taken at your current university. These can be submitted via email in pdf format.
