Rachel Gonzalez AGC 2015 Meetings & Events Committee Chair West Coast Air Conditioning The Associated General Contractors of America, San Diego Chapter, Inc. Meetings and Events Committee invites AGC members to the 47th Annual Spring Conference. The Spring Conference is an AGC tradition that has given generations of members the opportunity to spend time together in a relaxed setting at some of the most outstanding resorts in the Western United States. This year, the Spring Conference will be back in the desert, staying at the new Ritz-Carlton Resort in Rancho Mirage, California. We encourage you to register early as once our room block is sold, prevailing rates will apply. Our room block sold out at the AGC Winter Conference in February, which was also a Ritz-Carlton property. Hmm...could be that everyone wanted to go to the Ritz! Please refer to the enclosed registration forms for complete details. Special Note: This year, our package includes Thursday and Friday night only. Saturday night is available as an option for members who want to stay thru the weekend. Attendees have two ways to register. Registration form #1 is the “Spring Conference Package,” which includes hotel accommodations for two nights, all receptions, banquets, meals, etc. On the same form are the “optional activities,” which are registered for separately. The 2nd way to register is on the “Individual Pricing” form #2.
