The third and final phase of Canyon Ranch completes
34 homes
Century Properties’ community in the south reports a completion of 34 homes in its
third and final phase, The Moderno, at Canyon Ranch. Twenty-four units are
undergoing their final touches while 15 have begun substructure activities.
Land development for the first half of Moderno has been completed. Works are
underway for the remaining portion of the property, with roads targeted to be
passable by the end of this month. Underground utilities are expected to be
completed within the first quarter of the year.
The connection road between Moderno’s first and second phases is slated for
completion in February.
The Moderno is the third phase of Canyon Ranch and is developed by Century
Communities Corporation. It is located within the San Lazaro Leisure Park in Carmona,
Cavite.
