you need have no further worries about your

bar and large dance floor. For smaller, more
intimate weddings our Criffel Suite is ideal with a
view of the green opposite.

Civil Ceremonies
At The Golf Hotel we have two suites available for Civil Ceremonies. Our Criffel
Suite is suitable for the smaller, more intimate ceremony. Our Solway Suite is
perfect for the larger ceremony and can be partitioned off for a medium sized
ceremony.
Guidance for couples who wish to marry at The Golf Hotel:
1.
As soon as you have made the decision to have a civil
ceremony at The Golf Hotel you must contact the
registrars office.
2.
Without the presence of a superintendent registrar there
can be no marriage and any arrangements for the use
of the premises depend on their availability. Therefore,
it is essential that you make an advanced booking with
the superintendent registrar for their attendance at your
proposed marriage as soon as a booking can be
accepted.
3.
An interview will take place on the day of the wedding
between the registrar and the Bride and Groom
(individually) prior to the ceremony, and normally lasts
about 5 minutes.
