In the year 2000, when India was becoming an IT services Hub, we

longer gestation period, long selling cycles and niche domain and
technical skills. But we took the challenge and founded Intense
Technologies with the proverbial handful of dollars and limitless
dreams and mentored its metamorphosis – from a start up to an IPO

Mr. Anil Kumar has more than 20 years of experience in various start-ups and
established organizations. He has the rare capability of translating vision and
strategy into tangible results. In his hugely successful management career, he has
been highly respected for his unique trait of ‘leadership with a global perspective’.
He is reputed for managing diverse organizations, incorporating best practices,
and encouraging cross-functional team participation.

products.
Mr. Shastri’s Intense Technologies odyssey began
with the proverbial handful of dollars, a fecund
imagination and limitless dreams. His trenchancy
mentored Intense’s transformation and growth – from a
startup to IPO, now with global clients and global
partners.
He is passionate about business excellence,
entrepreneurship and India's place on the global stage
for excellence in enterprise software products. Under his leadership Intense grew from
strength to strength. Their award winning enterprise software solutions are used globally

Srinivas Tangirala
SVP, Head - Product Management
Mr. Srinivas Tangirala is a proven leader with 22+ years (8 years in USA and 14 years
in India) of experience in IT. He is highly passionate about building Enterprise
world-class software products that makes an impact across all its stakeholders. For
the past two years he has been leading the Product Management Group at Intense
that not only chalks out the future roadmap for the products but also envisions new
solutions and business opportunities. Earlier for about 12 years, he led the
engineering team that built Intense’s highly successful enterprise product suite.
He holds a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras and a M.S. from
Clemson University, USA.
Jayant Dwarkanath
CEO
For over a decade now, Jayant has been leading and mentoring the alliances, marketing
and sales functions – across geographies and verticals, while helming Intense Technologies’ growth and profitability. Marketing strategies being his
forte, he is always excited at formulating strategies in
marketing the peerless potential of our information-driven
customer life-cycle management solutions.
He does not see the world in terms of clients or partners,
rather as one comprising of excellence-oriented corporations to whom he would like to hold out the invitation – to

document management, process agility and information-driven customer life-cycle management paradigms –

Eduardo Silva,
AVP – Europe
Eduardo has more than 16 years’ experience in the telecoms and IT industry,
shaping next generation technology introduction and transformation. Currently
leading Intense Technologies’ European region, he is invested in customers’
success with their digital customer experience to create more focused
customer-oriented organizations.
Using his experience across Operations Management, Product and P&L
Management, and Sales, Eduardo has worked with leading top notch companies
such as Motorola, Nortel, Aricent Group (frog and Aricent), Apigee and is at present
with Intense Technologies bringing to life technologies such as VoIP, VoATM, UMTS,
LTE, unified communications, outsourcing, creative design, APIs in the past and now

Head - Product Engineering Group
Hector Garcia has a background in military, business, finance and telecom domains.
He leads Intense Technologies, Americas. Hector has 20+ Years of experience in
multiple business verticals with extreme focus in Telecommunications. He has been
Chairman of NACM-NTCG and continues to be a speaker at industry events. Always
willing to take on large and complex projects, he relies on his strategic, commercial
and operational expertise. Hector’s balance and passion come from family & sport.
Mr. Mario Clarence Simon is an M.S. in Information Technology and has also
undergone advanced technical training in Singapore. Starting his IT Career at
Intense as early as 1999, he presently heads a team of 168 professionals, dedicated
to ‘Creating Value Through Innovation’. He plays the lead role in the areas of
Development, Quality Assurance and Testing, Project Management, User
Experience (GUI), Documentation, R&D, and Architecture Review.
Shravan Ganjoo

Shravan, with more than 18 years of experience, is at ease in excelling at any
multifaceted role which involves sales, partner relations and solution interfacing
including liaising with delivery teams. In his vast experience of working with large
organizations like Netpro Technologies, MHD, Sify, PCS among others he mastered
the art of building relationships by copiously advocating value propositions of
solutions.
Head - Finance and Administration
In his current role at Intense Technologies he is focused on expanding the ASEAN
market with his team and also creates a strong global partner organization for
developing a strong revenue stream, footprint and visibility. He believes that
digitalization of customer centric business processes is the need of the hour for large
enterprises to develop competitive advantage and likes to work closely with System
Integrators, Partners and Customers across geographies to explore opportunities of
working together to enhance the combined value proposition of solutions
Mr. H.M. Nayak has more than 20 years of experience in Finance and Administration,
specifically with respect to listed companies. He is a Bachelor of Commerce,
Accounts, Finance & Business Organization from Osmania University. Heading
Finance and Administration, he is aslo the Compliance Officer of the Company. He
is an expert in giving advice on new businesses, formation of corporations and
business structures, drafting privacy policies and structuring commercial
transactions.

allowed him to drive and administer his team to successfully generate business in
major telecom and banking companies across the region.
Backed by his successful leadership ability, Reddy's strategic vision inspires his
team to achieve excellence in customer service by being customer focused,
demonstrate rigor in service delivery and proactively provide value added focus.
Mr. Prabhakar Racherla holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management
with additional credentials of PMP (Project Management Professional) and a CSM
(Certified Scrum Master). With 20 years of experience (18 years at Intense
Technologies) all focused on generating measurable business value for our clients
through reliable, cost-effective and consistently high-quality services, he leads our
global delivery team of 140+ which includes industry endorsed Project/Program
managers.
He has received several excellence awards from our clients across the globe and an
"Outstanding Leader Award" from Intense in recognition of exemplary dedication
