senior transportation, including a free shuttle for Pines and UMRC residents to enjoy our senior lunch
program Monday-Friday.

St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea Hospital awarded us $10,000 to subsidize our exercise classes in Chelsea and
Grass Lake. Members can now enjoy exercise 5 days a week for a $1 suggested donation.

Rural Partners of Michigan and the Washtenaw County Consortium on Aging awarded us two separate
grants for free W.A.V.E. bus passes and 100 emergency kits for homebound seniors.

The Music & Memory program was launched in partnership with Silver Maples, UMRC, Ascent Audiology, and Chelsea District Library to help improve the quality of life for seniors with memory loss and their
caregivers. Funding was provided by Chelsea Community Foundation and Helen McCalla Trust Fund.

With support from the Helen McCalla Trust Fund and the Chelsea School District, we added more
handicap and 20 additional reserved parking spaces for seniors during our hours of operation.
