Our Team
Howard Brown is Founder and President of iBall United. Brown played professional basketball for
13 years in organizations based in 19 cities, in 7 countries, and on 4 continents. Brown won 2
championships, 2 scoring titles, and retired as a top 10 scorer in Spanish League History. Brown
is passionate about helping other players to make it at the next level and has assembled a powerful
team of successful business executives to drive the iBall Mission.
NBPA and FIBA licensed agent, Michael Walker, Esq., is Founder and CEO of iBall Management.

Situational Drills
It is very important that scouts can evaluate your ability to
perform in situations that are common to professional
systems.
Situational drills break down the game to focus on your
reads and reactions in common sets. Sessions are
controlled and include numerous variations of the pick and
roll--a standard set for professional basketball team
everywhere.

Drills & Skills Assessment
Drills are led by trained professionals, some of which include pro
coaches, agents, and certified trainers. The training and evaluation
methodology is prepared uniquely for each FOCUS camp. Our goal
is to bring out the best in each individual player.
Organized Game Play
Your professional pedigree will shine through in organized and
competitive games. The small number of players per team
guarantees that ample playing time is distributed and players receive
every opportunity to prove they have the leadership qualities and
dominant skill sets to get wins.
All-Star Showcase
After the full rotation of drills, skills assessments, and multiple
games, our team of agents and scouts will deliberate and select
those which we have identified as the best of the camp for the iBall
FOCUS All-Star Showcase.
