Everything necessary for processing.
Everything necessary for success with corrugated board.
Only a Göpfert is a Göpfert.
First comes a Göpfert. The result:
success with corrugated board.
Mediocrity comes and goes. A Göpfert endures.
Because a Göpfert offers superior engineering
technology, trimmed down to the essentials.
Proven designs which work simply and are intuitive to operate. Robustness which for decades
has defined the standard for durable economy
and efficiency, and which uses only components
supplied by reputable manufacturers. In short:
every Göpfert simply provides more machine. This
is our promise. For precision in flexo printing. For
quality in die cutting, slitting, scoring, cutting and
creasing. For your success with corrugated board.

OVATION 16/20-28

The Göpfert Ovation: efficiency and perfection.
Printing that makes an impression. Efficiency that pays off.
The Göpfert Ovation is the flexo post-printer for multi-colour printing of highest quality. The precision direct servo drive and the
vacuum sheet transport guarantee maximum registration accuracy. The automatic print length correction is carried out by APM.
The chamber doctor blade, laser-engraved screen rollers and the ink-conditioning system ensure an optimum printing result.
The units of the Göpfert Ovation are fixed, and every individual shaft is driven directly. The sheet throughput height of 2,200 mm
and the open machine design allow setting while running. Use the Göpfert Ovation offline with the Göpfert stacker or inline, for
example, with a flat-bed die cutter. You can count on high reliability which means longer operating time and greater efficiency.

simple qualities – during production of the corrugated board. The reliable and efficient means of finishing.
The Göpfert FD Corrugator also provides maximum registration accuracy thanks to direct servo drive. Even in the standard version, the
FD Corrugator is equipped with chamber doctor blade and laser-engraved anilox rolls for maximum printing quality. The optional sleeve
cylinder enables continuous printing on the paper web. Especially practical: if the FD Corrugator is being maintained or not being used,
it can be easily tracked out of the corrugator.

Technical data
The Göpfert Evolution: the revolution.
Revolutionary since 1998. And today still ahead of its time.
The Göpfert Evolution has fundamentally shaped the processing of corrugated board like no other machine before or ever since. And
has always set the standard by which others are judged. The result is packaging with brilliant multi-colour printing. With impressive
registration accuracy thanks to direct servo drive and vacuum sheet transport.
Take advantage of the numerous customisation options. For example, the chamber doctor blade and laser-engraved anilox rollers,
to improve print quality even further.

The Göpfert Flexo printer slotter FPS 16/36-45: a tough performer when it comes to precision.
There are many demanding formats. But no questions when it comes to processing.
Think of the result, not of the machine. Göpfert Flexo printer slotters are designed to produce the maximum in weight and size
with corrugated board. With low maintenance and economy. Like the Göpfert Flexo printer slotter FPS 16/36-45. With a working
width of 3,600 mm in the FPS 16/36 Evolution version with vacuum transport and direct servo drive. Or as the heavy-duty version
FPS 16/36 Evolution HD for heavy board with sheet transport by transport rollers.
The Evolution variants use the same technical equipment as the Evolution, designed for high-quality multi-colour flexo post printing.
And the register-driven Göpfert Flexo printer slotter FPS 16/45 is the specialist for particularly large formats.

The Göpfert Boxmaker: the Original.
One operation. One finished box. How processing should be.
The Göpfert Boxmaker carries out all production steps in one pass of the sheet: creasing and cutting – lengthwise or transverse,
slitting, die cutting and printing. And of course also the application of stitch tabs. The FEFCO catalogue is available in full for
production. And completely without special tools for quick setting. The Göpfert Boxmaker is ideal for the rational and
efficient processing of large-format sheets in small and medium runs.

die cutting and printing. And of course also the application of stitch tabs. The box is finished and ready to be closed!
The Göpfert Boxmaker Mini can produce the widest possible range of box designs. Various tools can be fitted to the integrated
die-cutting beam for accurate cut outs or shortened cover flaps. This allows for almost limitless variety in processing.
Forget about complicated setting and take advantage of its unique flexibility and speed: a Göpfert Boxmaker Mini can be set for a new

The Göpfert rotary slitters KSD 120/26: great for small-scale processing.
Improve your productivity with the extremely robust and low-maintenance Göpfert rotary slitters KSD 120/26. Cut, crease and score
with high precision. The sheets are transported by three continuous pairs of shafts. The advantage: the transport operates independently of the tool shafts.
The operation of the Göpfert rotary slitters KSD 120/26 is intuitive and simple. The calliper setting is carried out centrally and in parallel
via handwheels with integrated scale dials. Common tools and optional air clamping shafts ensure efficient setting. And special KS type
rotary slitters are available for small formats.

Basics
Göpfert basic machines: simply reliable for a better result.
The Göpfert automatic rotary slitters RSM 3/26: speed is a matter of setting.
Production runs fully automatically with the Göpfert automatic rotary slitters RSM 3/26. An extremely robust and low-maintenance
design for creasing and cutting. And optionally also for the scoring of corrugated board to maximum quality and precision.
The robots of the Göpfert RSM 3/26 move to the position entered by the operator on the screen. So there is absolutely no need of
manual setting of the machine. The setting time is only about 2 minutes. No matter how many creasers, scorers and blades are positioned. The two pairs of creaser shafts enable creaser spacing of 0 mm. The calliper setting is motor-powered.

For over six decades.
Göpfert: where one’s own name stands for quality, there can be no compromises.
A good name is both a commitment and a promise: to take personal responsibility for the best, with
dedication and initiative. This was the path taken by Albin Göpfert in 1950. Karl F. Göpfert from
1969 led the six-man business to its present size, to a global presence with over 300 employees.
André Göpfert took over responsibility in the third generation, and continued on the path taken by
his father.
Milestones of the technology.
Again and again it is technical developments which demonstrate the lead. Small ones such as accessibility during ongoing operation, and major ones such as the Boxmaker: designed in the 1970s and
continually developed further since that time, it still sets the standard today. Or the servo technology
developed by Göpfert in the 1990s – which today is still probably the only true direct-drive system.
Produced from A to Z in Wiesentheid in Germany. Or it is not a Göpfert.
All processes from design and development through to actual production take place at Göpfert.
Because responsibility cannot be delegated, but only accepted.
A Göpfert only offers room for the best.
Only proven components are installed – components which define the standard worldwide. From
well-known and reputable partners such as FAG, Festo, Pneumatik, SFK or Siemens. Firstly because
this guarantees that only the most modern and tested quality goes into a Göpfert. Secondly with
a long service life in mind: whatever happens, spare parts from these partners are quickly available
worldwide in consistently high quality.
More machine also means: somebody cares more.
So that you will not have to see the Göpfert service specialists so quickly again. Because what goes
into a Göpfert works. But the good feeling remains of having a contact partner nearby at all times.
Our hotline is manned seven days per week, all round the clock, and does not connect you to some
anonymous call centre, but personally to a Göpfert engineer.
Göpfert – facts and figures.
Dedicated only to quality for over 60 years. Today in over 50 countries throughout the world.
