APSPDCL - Recruitment of Assistant Engineers/EL (AE/EL) & Junior
Accounts Officers (JAO) Fee Payment User Manual
Screen 1: Enter the valid URL, the following screen will be displayed. Enter valid User
Name,Password and click on Login button as shown in the below screen.
Screen 2: After click on Login button, the following screen will be displayed. Then select the
List of Services link as shown in the below screen.
Screen 3: After clicking on the LIST OF SERVICES link, the following screen will be displayed and
select the required Service link as “APSPDCL - Recruitment of Assistant Engineers/EL (AE/EL) &
Junior Accounts Officers (JAO) Fee Payment” as shown in the below screen.
Screen4:After selecting the “APSPDCL - Recruitment of Assistant Engineers/EL (AE/EL) & Junior
Accounts Officers (JAO) Fee Payment” link as following screen will be displayed.
Screen 5: Enter all the mandatory(*) field like selects “Post Applied” from drop down list,
enters “Applicant Name”, enters “Date of Birth”, selects “Gender” from drop down list, enters
“Mobile Number”, selects “Community” from drop down list, selects “Do You Belong to
Andhra Pradesh” from drop down list, selects check box as “PH(if Applicable)” from drop down
list and click on Show Payment button as shown in the below screen.
Screen 6: After clicking on Show Payment button following screen will be displayed. Click on
“OK” button as shown in the below screen.
Screen 7: After clicking on OK button, the following screen will be displayed. Click on
Acceptance Check Box and Confirm Payment button as shown in the below screen.
Screen 8: After clicking on Confirm Payment button, RECEIPT will be generated as displayed in
the following screen.
Screen 9: For processing another application click on “APSPDCL Application” button, to go back
to services page click on “List of Services” button and to take a print out of the receipt click on
“Print” button as shown in the below screen.
