Eligibility Requirements
›› Income at or below 200 percent
of Federal poverty guidelines
›› Age 21 or older
About the Program
The Class B CDL Training Program puts people on the road to
success by helping them to earn a Class B commercial driver’s
license (CDL) and acquire the basic skills needed for entry-level
positions. After successfully completing training, participants
qualify for good paying jobs in transportation.
Focus
This session serves low-income residents of the Seven County
Metropolitan Area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey,
Scott & Washington).
Training Course
Classes meet Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
New sessions begin monthly on a rolling basis.
›› High school diploma or GED
›› Ability to speak and write English
›› Ability to pass DOT physical and
drug screen
›› Valid driver’s license
›› Not a registered sex offender
Women and people of color are
