Anne Arundel Community College has teamed up with All-State Career to offer
Commercial Driver Licensing training. Classroom and behind-the-wheel driving instruction will
prepare you for a CDL Class A or Class B with passenger endorsement certification. On completion
of training students will be able to pick up, carry and deliver items over long and short distances;
perform pre-trip inspections, secure cargo and maintain safe operation of the vehicle.
What you can expect …
CDL-A graduates go on to drive tractor-trailers for both short-haul and long-haul deliveries and
can earn up to $20 per hour with experience. CDL-B graduates go on to drive straight trucks,
dump trucks and motor coaches and can earn up to $16 per hour with experience.

In order to enroll students must be 18 years old, possess a good driving record and be able to
read road signs and maps in English. Students must attend all training periods including the
classroom lecture courses at the Glen Burnie campus and the driving range and highway training
in Baltimore. Customized CDL training can be brought to your business location. To learn more, a

Each training is offered either Monday-Friday or on the weekends. Classes are from 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
each day.
CDL-A • 16 days (160 hours)
