MEDIA INFORMATION To the Media and Fans of the Gaels: Within these pages you should be able to find everything you need to know about the 20092010 Iona College Gaels. Should you need additional copies of this publication, photographs or statistics, please call us at (914) 633-2334. We encourage media members to peruse the guidelines set forth by the Iona College Sports Information Department when covering a Gael home game. There will be game notes, itineraries and game programs available in the media area. Per MAAC Policy all media guides are not available for print. Postgame procedures will be determined on game day. We welcome your interest in the Gaels and look forward to working with you this season. Statistical Services Computerized play-by-play, a complete halftime box and final statistics package will be provided in the most expedient way possible. 2009-10 Iona College Men’s Basketball MEDIA INFORMATION Iona College Broadcast Network Radio For the first time, all Iona College basketball games will be heard exclusively on ICGaels.com. Gary Stanley returns for his 24th year as the voice of the Gaels. He will be joined by veteran metropolitan radio personality Ed Ingles and and former assistant coach and Iona alum Vin Parise for all games. Television The Gaels will be televised on local, regional, and national outlets throughout the 2009-10 season, Iona will appear in a minimum of three regular season television games, and all Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference championship match ups. Monday’s MAAC Tournament final will be aired nationally on ESPN2, as part of its “Championship Week.” Internet All Iona games can be heard worldwide via the internet.
