Naturally sheltered by the Sierra

son Alfonso had a problem with
their Rolls-Royce and pulled into
the village. Alfonso was so seduced

developing and marketing the area
as a tourist destination. In 1954 he
opened the legendary Marbella Club
Hotel - and the rest is history.
