Check-In and Check-Out: Check-In time begins at 4pm, Check-Out time is up to 10:00am. Check-In times may vary and a 4pm check-in is
not guaranteed. A late check-out may be requested at the front desk and are subject to availability and additional charges.

Taxes/Pricing: All prices quoted for room rates and fees are subject to state and local taxes, and are subject to change. Please review your
confirmation and or confirm with reservations for your specific unit type pricing. Deposit Policies and Cancellation Polices: At the time of booking, Royal American Beach Getaways will require one night’s room plus tax as a
deposit guarantee. If you cancel up to 14 days in advance of arrival date, we will charge only a $45 processing fee and any remaining
balance will be refunded to the same card that the reservation was secured with. 14 days prior to the arrival date, Royal American Beach
Getaways will charge the remainder of the balance, including all fees to the credit card used to pay the deposit. If you cancel your
reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, you will forfeit the entire amount of your reservation as a late cancellation fee.
If you are booking your reservation within 14 days of the arrival date of your stay, Royal American Beach Getaways will require the entire
amount due for your stay to secure the reservation, including all fees. This deposit will be completely non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: Boardwalk Beach Resort will provide a full refund on any unused portion of stay to our guests, if a mandatory
evacuation by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center for the Panama City Beach area is ordered. Refunds are issued when
we are in the cone of projected path and are also under a hurricane watch or warning.
Pet Policy: There are no pets allowed on the condominium property. If you need pet friendly accommodations contact the
Boardwalk Hotel next door at 850-234-3484.
Resort Fee: A daily resort fee of $8.95 is applied to your stay. This permits you access to Fitness Center, Sauna, Steam Room, Wireless
Internet, and Unlimited Local and Long Distance Calling. Parking and Registration Fee: There is a one-time fee of $20 + tax, per vehicle and it covers your parking at the resort. Trailers and boats
must be parked at the overflow lot, that’s adjacent to the condominium.
Registered Guests: All guests occupying the room must be registered to the room. If you have any unregistered visitors, they will
need to stop at the security gate of the condominium and obtain a guest pass.
Conduct: Guests are required to observe the property’s rules, including but not limited to, never throwing anything off the balcony. This offense is a violation of the law and subject to immediate eviction.
Grills: Grilling in the unit(s) or on the balconies is prohibited. Want to grill out?– take your steaks right down the road to St. Andrews
State Park (the 3rd most visited state park in Florida).

WHAT’S IN THE UNIT? WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
Linens: The Boardwalk Condos are equipped with full sets of sheets, pillows, blankets and bedspreads for each bed
in the unit. We have also provided enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room
type, as well as dish towels for the kitchen. Washer/Dryers: Are available in every unit type (excluding efficiencies). We provide a one time starter kit of detergent.
Kitchens: Condominiums are equipped with full size stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, dishes,
cookware and utensils. We provide a starter kit of dish soap and one roll of paper towels to get you going!
Efficiency units have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Bathrooms: All bathrooms come with a hair dryer and a stock of one-time use shampoo, conditioner,
soap and toilet paper.
Internet: Wi-Fi is available in the units and included in your daily resort fee.
Beach Chairs: Are available to rent from our Beach Services team (seasonally) that are located directly on our beach.
Beach Towels: Bring your own or borrow one of ours, available in the Welcome Center. Visit the Corner Market (located
downstairs at the condo) to purchase custom Boardwalk Beach Resort beach towels, floats, sunscreen and more.
Groceries: We are conveniently located near many different local grocery stores and supermarkets. We do recommend
that you wait to buy any refrigerated and frozen goods until after you checked-in and received your room key.
