Check-In/ Check-Out: Check-In time – After 4pm. Check-Out time is 10:00am. Late check-outs may be requested at the front desk and are subject to
availability and additional charges.
Taxes/Pricing: All prices quoted for room rates and fees are subject to state and local taxes, and are subject to change. Please review your confirmation
and or confirm with reservations for your specific unit type pricing. Cleaning Fee & Housekeeping Services: Daily Maid Service is not provided. Units are cleaned upon departure and a cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Departure cleaning fees range from $60-$150, depending on the size of the unit. You may request additional housekeeping services. A price list
is available at the front desk.
Standard Guarantee and Cancellation Policy: To guarantee your reservation; your credit card will be charged an advanced deposit that is equal to the
first nights room rate, plus tax and a $45 damage waiver fee. • If you cancel your reservation 8 days or more prior to your arrival, you will be refunded your deposit – minus a $45 cancellation fee. 7
days out or less, the full deposit is non refundable. Special Events and Holiday Weekends are subject to a 10 day or more cancellation
period and should be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Deposits – We take credit cards over the phone for deposits; however, you are required to present the credit card upon arrival for verification
purposes. The remaining balance can be paid with a different credit card if needed. Call for details on alternative payment options. Hurricane Policy: Boardwalk Beach Resort will provide a full refund on any unused portion of stay to our guests, if a mandatory evacuation by the
Bay County Emergency Operations Center for the Panama City Beach area is ordered. Refunds are issued when we are in the cone of projected
path and are also under a hurricane watch or warning.
Pet Policy: There are no pets allowed on the condominium property. If you need pet friendly accommodations contact the Boardwalk Hotel next
door at 850-234-3484.
Resort Fee: A daily resort fee of $6.95 is applied to your stay. This permits you access to Fitness Center, Sauna, Steam Room, Wireless Internet, and
Unlimited Local and Long Distance Calling. Parking/Registration Fee: This one-time fee of $15 per vehicle is required by the home owners association and it covers your parking at the resort. Trailers and Boats must be parked at the overflow lot adjacent to the condominium.
Registered Guests: All guests occupying the room must be registered to the room. If you have any unregistered visitors, they will need to stop at
the security gate of the condominium and obtain a guest pass.
Conduct: Guests are required to observe the Home Owners Association rules, including but not limited to, never throwing anything off the balcony. This offense is a violation of the law and subject to immediate eviction.
Grills: Grilling in the unit(s) or on the balconies is prohibited. Want to grill out?– take your steaks right down the road to St. Andrews State Park
(the 3rd most visited state park in Florida).

WHAT’S IN THE UNIT? WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
Linens: The Boardwalk Condo’s are equipped with full sets of sheets, pillows, blankets and bedspreads for each bed
in the unit. We have also provided enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room
type, as well as dish towels for the kitchen. Washer/Dryers: Are available in every unit type (excluding efficiencies). We provide a one time starter kit of detergent.
Kitchens: Condominiums are equipped with full size stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, dishes,
cookware and utensils. We provide a starter kit of dish soap and 1 roll of paper towels to get you going!
Efficiency units have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Bathrooms: Are supplied one time with an initial stock of toilet paper, mini shampoo, soap and conditioner.
Every bathroom is also equipped with hair dryers.
Internet: Wi-Fi is available in the units and included in your daily resort fee.
Beach Chairs: Are available to rent from our Beach Services team (seasonally) that are located directly on our beach.
Beach Towels: Bring your own or borrow one of ours, available in the Welcome Center. Visit the Corner Market (located
downstairs at the condo) to purchase custom Boardwalk Beach Resort beach towels, floats, sunscreen and more.
Groceries: We are conveniently located near many different local grocery stores and supermarkets. We do recommend
that you wait to buy any refrigerated and frozen goods until after you checked-in and received your room key.
