Submission of eReassign, 21-Day Reassignment Opportunities (Clerks Only)
From the internet browser, go to https://liteblue.usps.gov.
Enter Employee ID and Password to login.
Once logged on, the home page will appear. Locate “Employee Apps- Quick Links” in the middle of
the screen and click on the eReassign icon.
A new window will open. Click on “Go here to Log in to eReassign”. This link is at the bottom of the
page.

Enter Employee ID and password to login at the eReassign Login Screen.
On the next screen, scroll to the bottom of the screen for Reassignment Opportunities.

To submit a 21 Day Clerk Craft Only Posting position, click on” Submit a 21 Day Clerk Craft Only
Reassignment Opportunity Request” button.
On this screen, you must ensure you have the most current contact information. You can change
your address for the specific request; however, it will not change your official address. Complete the
form to submit a 21-Day Reassignment Opportunity.

Click the checkbox to indicate that you understand and accept
the terms of the Driving Disqualifications Table.
Click the checkbox “To qualify for this position your current
impacted installation must be in the same District or within 100
miles. Award shall be based on clerk craft seniority in your current
installation.”
Select one or more districts in order to look for 21 Day Clerk Craft Only Reassignment Opportunities
from the combo box below and click Add Districts. Reassignment Opportunity selection will be
filtered by district. You also have the option to filter by offices within your selected districts.

Be sure to read the Privacy Act and click “Agree”. The screen will appear again and the “Display 21
Day Clerk Only Reassignment Opportunities” button will be made available.
Click on “Display 21 Day Clerk Only Reassignment Opportunities”. All available bids with bid
information will appear. Follow the instructions on the page.
After selections of choices from table are made in numerical order, click the checkbox at the bottom of
the screen “To qualify for this position your current impacted installation must be in the same District or
within 100 miles. Award shall be based on clerk craft seniority in your current installation” and click
“Save”.
The previous screen will be displayed with your selections listed. Complete all required information, if
applicable and verify the selections are correct. If correct click “Submit Request”.
The next 2 screen prints show your requests for the 21-day posting. To modify your request you
would click the “Modify Request” button. This would also include adding, withdrawing or
renumbering your choices. Make sure you again answer all the checkbox questions and agree
statement in order to have access to the jobs posted.
